Kory: Can we hear your Mickey mouse? Is that a thing? Peter Allwine: I’m not saying that I do Mickey, but I’m not saying that I do Mickey. Kory: Do you do any impressions? Any, any voices? That’s mostly what I get and I just have to be the nicest person on the planet and say, that sounds great. They send me stuff, but more than anything, it’s like, Hey, listen to this impression of making and tell me what you think. Do people just send you copious amounts of stuff about Mickey? I can imagine it happens to you more than a little bit too. Kory: I know this happens to Bret a lot. And just get to know him a little bit more with the show. He and I had chatted over the years, but it was really cool to kind of see the man behind the curtain, if you will. I’d become Facebook friends with them through social media. I don’t even know exactly how it came upon my radar, but I found it and was just immediately intrigued and drawn in by the storytelling and just finding out more about bread. Maybe Bret posted something on Facebook, uh, either that or. Peter Allwine: I think I may have stumbled across it. Um, how did you find that show to begin with? There’s a link in the show notes to that.
MICKEY DONALD GOOFY THE THREE MUSKETEERS SERIES
I can’t believe it’s been that long during the production of our unpacked mini series on bread Island.

Kory: Peter, you and I first interacted about a year ago. How you doing? It’s it’s a pleasure to be on here, That kid is Peter Allwine and he joins us from Fresno, California, Peter, welcome to Theme Park Pulse: The Game. And in addition to voicing thousands of credits as Mickey marrying Russi Taylor, his CoStar as Minnie mouse and leaving a legacy is one of the nicest and funniest human beings in Disney history. The voice many of us would be most familiar with. Kory: From 1977 to 2009, Wayne Allwine was the voice of Mickey mouse. – – – – – – – – Walt, Wayne, or Bret with Peter Allwine A face shield, maybe a hazmat suit, but I’m going, I want my churro and my Dole whip! Listener Ann: I’ll go with like three layers of mask on. Uh, sad that plexiglass all over main street USA is a positive sign, but maybe Disneyland will open again soon. While there’s still no actual opening date in sight, maybe this is a positive sign. This week, things like plexiglass outside the main entrance of what Disney park

And question three in a positive sign for people jonesing for some Disney parks time inside the magic spotted crews, installing social distancing measures. I think I’m the right age and the right beard. He’s a retiree and there’s a pandemic and it’s August. I just find it strange that he wants to be in Florida right now.

So this is not outside the realm of possibilities. That’s another story for another show, but Tony is already reportedly on board to advise on the Splash Mountain overhaul. Tony Baxter built the original masterpiece that was then destroyed by Michael Eisner and Kodak.

Kory: Well, I don’t know is not an attraction, but Journey into Imagination with Figment is! Unquote, what ride is legendary Disney.Imagineer Tony Baxter talking about there. I would come back out of retirement to do that ride over. So that’s a chiropractic adjustment and a ride. Maybe if we put John candy and it Disneyland, we can move Herald to expedition, Everest, and solve two problems at once. My favorite part is at the end where it says “also put John candy in as the Yeti, may he rest in peace?” I like that part. Kory: Ya man.The tongue in cheek petition by “Concerned Disney Citizens, which as of recording, this only has 75 signatures says in part, “I believe it is Disney’s responsibly.” That’s spelling “to educate the public through renaming Matterhorn Bobsleds ride to Cool Runnings Movie, the ride.” It’s goal, to rename and retheme the Matterhorn Bobsleds, to what? 1993 comedy film. So let’s start with a Disneyland question. Mentioned in this episode… Bret, Mickey & Walt – Kory’s docu-series on the 4th voice of Mickey Mouse, Bret Iwan. A Disneyland Annual Passholder becomes a polygraph on Show Me The Lie, and our special guest Peter Allwine grew up in the same house with (the voice of) Mickey Mouse…but does he really know his Mickey?
